  Located on the western side of Waratah Bay, Shearwater has views across Waratah Bay to Bass Strait and Wilson's Promontory and of Cape Liptrap National Park.
  
  The house is spacious and has a distinct designer edge. Two seperate living areas make it ideal if you are searching for a place comfortable for two families.There is plenty of room to find your own space or gather together. Children are easily entertained downstairs in the open-plan living area.
  
  WiFi is reliable. Pantry well provisioned, Quality linen with full linen service. New Weber BBQ with spare gas bottle. Fire wood - kindling - firelighters for the wood heater. Entertainment system with 7-channel surround sound. Lots of thoughtful attention and care.

  Amazing. We spent a fantastic weekend at Shearwater Beach House in mid-winter - the house was cosy, showers hot, beds supremely comfy and view unparalleled. Easy walk down to the beach, day trip to national parks and lots of times spent reading books and playing games by the fire. The host's extra touches were lovely and made the weekend extra special. A very relaxing and luxurious break. We'll be back. Highly recommended, even in winter! 6 stars.

  A great holiday house, the best we have stayed in. It’s modern and new, with tons of room, and well provisioned. The views of the Prom are fabulous. We’ll be back.
